We will continue to develope this section with specific information. If you are a tourist, the first place you will no doubt be taken to or reccomended is Rizal Boulevard. This is the "strip" and features all the most Western oriented restaurants and cafes. Many Expats congregate there and it a good safe starting point for your explorations of greater Dumaguete.
The Anchor hotspot of course, is the Whynot facility with it's famous Disco. Also located under the Why Not roof is a German Delicatessen, Karaoke bar, restaurant, outdoor cafe, and Internet cafe. The Why Not is the one place everyones ends up eventually.
