Dumaguete Time
It is a comon joke among visitors and local folks that there is Regular time, and then Filipino time. This references the approximate nature of the obsrervance of time in the Philippines and a some what casual outlook on punctuality.
In actuality Dumaguete time is unique unto itself. For what ever reason, Dumaguete's clocks are set 15 minutes ahead of Cebu. There is no reason for this other than it's a local convention. So when you look at the time zone clocks below, add 15 minutes for the observed local Dumaguete time.
