If you are an expat looking for medical services for common non critical illnesses, and emergency care, Silliman and Holy Child are adequate. The Provincial Hospital is primarily for local residents offering an economical alternative to them.
There are a number of very skilled specialists here in Dumaguete, including neurosurgeons, cardiologists, and internists. It is however beyond the scope of this web site to make specific reccomendations.
